Venture Machine and Tool, Inc is a privately owned and operated Tool and Die Manufacturer and Metal Stamping Facility located in Onalaska, WI. We build metal stamping dies and produce metal stampings for a wide variety of markets including Automotive, Agricultural, Appliances, Recreational Vehicles along with many others.

- One week (5 days) after successful completion of 90 day probationary period
- Two weeks (10 days) after 3 years of service
