Venture Machine and Tool, Inc in Onalaska, WI is seeking Metal Stamping – Production Personnel for our 1st Shift.

We are seeking individuals with an interest in advancement and a desire to learn on the job. We train on the job for those who do not have experience in manufacturing work.

Job Skills needed:

• Previous experience in manufacturing facility preferred but is not required.
• The ability to work well in a team setting.
• Knowledge of basic math
• Strong desire to learn

The ability to use simple hand tools
