The Quality Engineering role is a very critical position at Venture Machine & Tool the QE is involved with the design team from product conception thru the PPAP approval at the customer. The QE develops all of the APQP documentation as well as inspection methodology and process controls to ensure that products are
produced meeting customer expectations for the life of the program. The QE must possess excellent written and oral communication skills to allow them to work effectively with external and internal customers achieving timeline expectation and task management. An individual that is a self-starter, task orientated with attention to detail and positive attitude will be successful at this position.
